For HCA Virginia Health System, we delivered a 1,490-SF expansion to the Prince George Free Standing Emergency Room, addressing increased patient volume and the need for improved flow. This two-phase renovation began with the addition of a new patient entrance, waiting area, and treatment rooms. In the second phase, we decommissioned the original entrance, repurposing it into additional care space while reconfiguring the interior corridor—all within an active healthcare setting.Advantage to HCA Virginia Health System:
We prioritized patient safety and continuity of care by establishing a protected work zone and tightly coordinating daily activities with medical staff. Our phased approach minimized disruption and allowed the facility to remain fully operational throughout construction.
