We partnered with NSWC Federal Credit Union to deliver a high build quality, 9,000-SF branch in Fredericksburg, Virginia, designed to centralize and enhance their operational efficiency. This ground-up project brought together all of the Credit Union’s departments—client-facing and back office—into a single, purpose-built facility that supports both staff collaboration and community access. The site’s challenge of consolidating previously dispersed services became an opportunity to create a space that reflects the Credit Union’s growth and evolving member needs.
