Project Details:

We partnered with General RV to deliver their new 75,000-SF flagship facility in Ashland, Virginia—one of the largest RV dealerships on the East Coast. This high build quality project spanned over 40 acres and included a steel-framed sales and training center with a second-floor classroom, paired with a 40-bay pre-engineered maintenance structure. Starting from an undeveloped, wooded site along I-95, the transformation demanded significant site development, including roadway expansion and stormwater management.

Our locally invested team navigated complex site constraints—clearing land, extending Harley Club Drive, and integrating three BMP ponds—while keeping the project on schedule and aligned with VDOT requirements.
