Brenner Pass, a 4,200-SF modern European restaurant in Richmond’s Symbol Building, brought new energy to a redeveloped mattress factory in the heart of Scott’s Addition. With 1,360 SF of additional patio space, the project required a meticulous build-out of a raw shell to create a refined, light-filled interior that balances industrial heritage with Alpine elegance. The design’s sophistication, anchored by warm oak, modern tilework, and custom screens, demanded a precise execution aligned with the client’s culinary vision and tight timeline.

Drawing on our experience with restaurant construction, we delivered a high build quality space that opened on schedule for dinner service in June 2017. Our proactive coordination with designers, vendors, and the Symbol Building’s developer allowed us to manage complex logistics while staying within budget.
