Our relationship with Tommy’s Express Car Wash extends across three different locations: including Hull Street, Arthur Ashe and Broad Street in Goochland. For our first opportunity, we partnered with a local franchisee of Tommy’s Express Car Wash to deliver a 5,000-SF, state-of-the-art facility on a 1.5-acre site along Hull Street in North Chesterfield. Designed for high-efficiency operations and customer convenience, the project included a full wash tunnel, underground water reclamation tanks, dual drive-thru lanes, and 20 vacuum stations. With over 5,000 linear feet of conduit installed for controls and electrical, this build demanded precision and coordination to meet Tommy’s national design standards while navigating site-specific utility constraints.
