We partnered with Revival Consignment to transform a former bank branch on Parham Road into a modern, high build quality 6,280-square-foot retail facility. The site required full demolition before new construction could begin—an opportunity to design a wood-framed structure tailored to Revival’s growing operational needs. The open floor plan supports maximum flexibility for merchandising and storage, while dedicated zones for shipping, receiving, and offices streamline their workflow.
