Located just outside Richmond, this new pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) includes warehouse space, a mezzanine-level office, and a standing seam metal roof system—all tailored to the operational needs of our industrial client. Prioritizing durability and energy performance, the client selected insulated metal panels for the envelope. A 10-ton crane beam was installed in the service bay, allowing for in-house maintenance of fleet vehicles and heavy equipment. While the client handled sitework directly, we coordinated the construction of a new access road to ensure seamless connectivity to the site.Advantages to CP Purcell:
