WestRock Pilot Plant Renovation

Project Details:
Inside WestRock’s active Pilot Plant Laboratories Facility, we renovated 20,420 SF to deliver high-performance lab environments supporting fiber and packaging innovation. The scope included new Wet Fiber and TAPPI Testing Labs, a Sample Preparation Lab, mezzanine structures, and a major electrical service upgrade to 480V, 2000 AMP—each component carefully planned within the live plant setting. The labs were constructed beneath the new mezzanine and outfitted with specialized infrastructure including a walk-in refrigeration room, vent hoods, and custom lab casework.
