As a repeat client, Owens & Minor re-engaged us to deliver a second, fast-tracked interior renovation spanning four floors of their Mechanicsville office. The need stemmed from post-COVID workplace challenges—specifically, reimagining common spaces to enhance safety while preserving a collaborative environment. With high build quality as a priority, we led a design-assist effort to renovate over 34,000 SF of break rooms, meeting spaces, and dining areas.
Advantage to Owens & Minor:
We partnered early with the architect to develop a clear phasing plan and conceptual budget, aligning scope and sequencing with client priorities. Our collaborative preconstruction approach allowed O&M to evaluate renovation options as a “shopping list,” maximizing their budget’s impact. From reworked HVAC zoning to upgraded lighting and flexible collaboration zones, the improvements supported employee wellbeing and a successful office return—all delivered on an accelerated schedule.
