We partnered with Indivior for a five-phase, 102,000-SF interior renovation of their U.S. headquarters—an active, occupied Class A office space in Richmond, Virginia. This multi-floor project included a full gut and redesign of the fifth floor, new open office environments, multiple conference and break rooms, and a complete refresh of the first-floor reception and meeting areas. Navigating complex phasing and tight timelines, we delivered high build quality while minimizing disruption to daily operations.
