We partnered with Allianz to refresh two floors within their Global Assistance Headquarters in Henrico County, Virginia. The 5th floor scope included converting the main lobby into collaborative open office space, private phone rooms, and updated conference rooms, all while maintaining day-to-day building operations. As an active, phased renovation in an occupied space, our team provided constructibility insight and sequencing plans to minimize disruption and deliver high build quality under complex, real-time constraints.
