We partnered with Thalhimer Realty Partners to deliver the 25,000-SF headquarters for C&F Finance—a high build quality structural steel facility on a 10-acre site in Richmond. Designed to maximize natural light and user wellness, the building features a cantilevered canopy entrance, expansive storefront glazing, and a full-service fitness center. Our team managed all site development, including clearing, grading, and a new VDOT road entrance—balancing complex logistics with precision scheduling.
