VCU Health System Replacement Specialty Pharmacy

We partnered with JLL to deliver a 20,000-SF pharmacy center for VCU Health Systems, transforming a former office building in Richmond into a high build quality, state-of-the-art healthcare facility. The site required full demolition of existing interiors and posed logistical challenges due to its mixed-use structure and utility upgrades. Our scope included processing suites, medical offices, training and conference rooms, and specialized lab and pharma packing areas—all built to precise technical standards.

Our team provided a turnkey solution, managing interior and exterior renovations—from new HVAC and electrical distribution to concrete sidewalks, a structural staircase, and a loading dock designed for pharmaceutical logistics.
