At the former Rolls Royce facility, we supported the landlord and new tenant, PGT Triple Diamond Glass, with a fast-tracked renovation to repurpose the warehouse for hurricane glass production. Our scope included heavy MEP demolition, coordination of major electrical and mechanical upgrades, and preparation of the main floor for specialized glass line equipment. We also installed three new overhead dock doors, complete with a new ramp, motorized roll-up doors, dock levelers, bumpers, and seals—delivering a functional, high build quality space tailored to industrial precision.Advantage to Triple Diamond Glass:
