In Chester, Virginia, we delivered a high build quality manufacturing facility for Polytec—a growing water treatment chemical producer expanding to meet rising demand across the Northeast. The project called for the construction of a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB), configured as two distinct structures joined by a breezeway, with extensive process piping to support Polytec’s complex operations. As a greenfield industrial development in a fast-growing corridor, the site required careful coordination to meet both schedule and utility demands.
