New Service Shop – Western Express

Project Details:
We partnered with Western Express to deliver a 32,078-SF pre-engineered metal building in Richmond, VA—purpose-built to support their growing truck fleet with high build quality and lasting functionality. Designed around intensive service demands, the facility includes eight drive-thru service bays (16 overhead doors), a two-bay wash station, and an integrated two-story CMU office for streamlined operations and storage. The scope addressed both the technical precision of fleet maintenance and the need to create a durable, locally responsive asset in a high-traffic corridor.
