Medarva at West Creek MRI & CT Renovation

Project Details:

Delivering advanced diagnostic capabilities to the growing West Creek Medical Park, we renovated 5,800 SF for Medarva Surgery Centers’ new MedRVA Imaging facility. Designed to house a wide-bore MRI, CT scanner, and x-ray suite, the project required precise structural modifications—including removal of an exterior wall to safely install an 11,000-pound MRI. Working within an active medical environment, we managed complex shielding requirements and interior upgrades without disrupting ongoing care.
