Project Details:
We delivered two high-performance healthcare suites for HCA Healthcare at their Short Pump Imaging Center, located within the Gateway Building. The project encompassed nearly 20,000 SF across two distinct suites—Imaging and PSG—each purpose-built for diagnostic precision and patient care. Designed around complex equipment needs including MRI, CT, x-ray, and digital mammography, this fit-out required acute attention to lead times and workflow integration.

We collaborated closely with local and national HCA stakeholders to strategically phase delivery and installation, ensuring seamless integration of high-tech imaging systems. By coordinating with Gresham Smith on design alignment between the core-and-shell and the specialized tenant needs, we minimized disruptions and accelerated readiness. Our team’s experience with the rigorous standards of medical imaging, ultimately enabled HCA to expand access to advanced diagnostics in the growing Short Pump community.
