As part of the first phase of a multiphase revitalization, we delivered high build quality renovations to Stony Point Fashion Park in Richmond, VA. This nearly $1MM project introduced community-centric outdoor enhancements including a new children’s play area, dog park, performance stage with electric sunshades, and modern seating zones with IPE wood decking and fire features. With the mall remaining fully operational throughout construction, our team worked within a complex, high-traffic retail environment that required precision and responsiveness.
