At CJW Medical Center, we delivered a high build quality, 11,500-SF renovation on the first floor to convert existing x-ray and angiography suites into a state-of-the-art Angio Catheterization Lab and control room. This two-phase project involved complex coordination, including asbestos abatement, corridor relocation, and tapping into existing medical gas infrastructure—all while maintaining hospital operations. The scope also expanded to include renovated support spaces like breakrooms and waiting areas, and significant upgrades to MEP systems and equipment structural bracing.
