Renovating over 14,000 SF of locker room space, we transformed the men’s and women’s facilities at American Family Fitness in Colonial Heights through a complete demolition and build-back. The client needed a full upgrade of showers, restrooms, and lockers—all while maintaining uninterrupted access for gym members. This high build quality project required careful phasing and close attention to an active, community-centered site.
