This 12,857-SF renovation on the 4th floor of an active hospital transformed outdated infrastructure into a modern care environment featuring 24 patient rooms, two nurse stations, a break area, and a dedicated family room. As part of the upgrade, we installed new headwall systems, refreshed patient restrooms, and extended the facility’s pneumatic tube system from the 3rd floor to enable efficient medication delivery directly to medical rooms.Advantage to the Hospital:
Working within a fully operational hospital, we maintained a negative pressure environment throughout construction to safeguard patient health and staff workflow. We sequenced system tie-ins and shutdowns with precision, minimizing disruption to critical hospital operations. Our coordination with hospital facilities and infection control teams ensured dependable execution and high build quality—delivering a care-ready space that elevates patient comfort and staff performance.
