Paid Time Off
PTO begins accruing on your first day and is available for use after 90 days of employment.
Holidays
We offer eight paid holidays each year, including one floating holiday you can use when it matters most to you.
401k Savings
After 90 days, team members are automatically enrolled in our 401(k) plan with a 2% deferral. We match 100% of the first 2% you contribute, including any elective deferrals.

Feed More
Feed More is Central Virginia’s leading hunger-relief organization, working to nourish neighbors in need across 29 counties and five cities. Through annual food drives among staff, clients, and trade partners, we’ve delivered over 1,100 pounds of food to the organization—and are committed to increasing that number this year.
Fisher House Foundation
Fisher House Foundation provides comfort homes for military and veteran families receiving medical care near major VA and military medical centers. We’re proud to have delivered four of these homes, in addition to participating in the organization’s annual Blue Grass Jam Festival benefitting Richmond-based homes and families.
Henrico CASA
Henrico CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) speaks up for the best interests of children involved in the court system due to abuse or neglect. In 2024, we participated in the organization’s Home for Good program by constructing a playhouse for aution—with all proceeds directed back to serve the needs of the children they support.
